A gaming mini PC under $500 is possible in 2026, but only if you pick the graphics chip first. Everything on this list has an AMD Radeon 780M, 760M or 680M, the integrated GPUs that can run modern games at 1080p. We left out every Intel N100/N150 and Ryzen 3000/5000U box: they are fine for office work and miserable for games.

Every price below was checked on the Amazon product page on October 7, 2026, the second and last day of Prime Big Deal Days. Several are Prime-only deal prices and will go back up after tonight. The links show the live price.

What to expect from these GPUs: the Radeon 780M runs AAA games at roughly 35 to 50 fps at 1080p on medium-low settings, and esports games at 70 to 100 fps (MiniPCLab). The 760M and 680M sit one step below. Use FSR and 1080p low in the newest games.

Find your pick: 🎮 Best overall, with OCuLink for a future graphics card → #1 · 💸 Cheapest Radeon 780M → #3 · 💾 Most storage for the money → #4, #8 · 🪙 Lowest price that still games → #9

1. Reatan A8: the best gaming mini PC under $500

Why it’s good: A Ryzen 7 8745HS with the Radeon 780M, 16GB of DDR5 and a 1TB SSD for $499.00 (list $639). The killer feature at this price is the OCuLink port: when you outgrow the integrated GPU, you can plug in a desktop graphics card through an eGPU dock and keep the same PC. The RAM is DDR5 and the listing says it goes up to 64GB.

👤 Ideal for: the gamer on a budget who wants to start with integrated graphics today and add a real GPU next year.

Keep in mind: Reatan is a small brand we have not reviewed. The $499 price is a Prime Big Deal Days price; the same machine was listed at $639. See our guide to eGPU adapters for mini PCs for what OCuLink needs. Related: our RIITOP OCuLink eGPU dock review.

2. ACEMAGICIAN S3A: a newer 780M chip in a compact box

ACEMAGICIAN S3A gaming mini PC

Why it’s good: The Ryzen 7 H 255 is AMD’s 2025 refresh of the 8745HS: the same 8 cores and the same Radeon 780M. You get 16GB of DDR5 and a 512GB PCIe 4.0 SSD for $499.99, with 184 reviews averaging 4.6 stars on Amazon.

👤 Ideal for: 1080p esports (Fortnite, Valorant, CS2, Rocket League) in a small, quiet box under the TV or monitor.

Keep in mind: the Amazon listing gives 16GB as the maximum RAM, so plan for it to stay at 16GB. ACEMAGIC shipped malware on some mini PCs in 2024 (our report); we recommend a clean Windows install on any ACEMAGIC machine the day it arrives.

3. BMAX B8A Pro: the cheapest Radeon 780M on Amazon today

Why it’s good: The same Ryzen 7 8745HS / Radeon 780M as our #1 for $436.99, the lowest price we found for a 780M machine. It has 16GB of RAM, a 512GB SSD, and 1,399 Amazon reviews.

👤 Ideal for: the gamer who wants 780M performance for the least money and can live with a smaller SSD.

Keep in mind: the reviews average 4.0 stars, lower than the rest of this list, and Amazon showed only 5 left in stock on October 7. There is no OCuLink. Add an external SSD for a large game library.

4. GMKtec M6 Ultra: 1TB, USB4 and a big Prime discount

GMKtec M6 Ultra mini PC

Why it’s good: A Ryzen 5 7640HS with the Radeon 760M, 16GB of DDR5 and a 1TB SSD for $474.97, down from $699.99. Its USB4 port can drive an eGPU dock or a fast external SSD. We cover it in depth in our GMKtec M6 Ultra review.

👤 Ideal for: the player with a big Steam library who wants room for games and a path to an external GPU.

Keep in mind: the 760M has 8 graphics cores against the 780M’s 12, so expect noticeably fewer frames than #1 to #3 in the same game.

5. ACEMAGIC K1: the best-reviewed machine on the list

Why it’s good: A Ryzen 7 7735HS with the Radeon 680M, 24GB of RAM and a 512GB SSD for $459.98. It has 2,068 reviews averaging 4.3 stars, the largest track record on this list.

👤 Ideal for: the cautious buyer who wants a proven machine for older AAA games and esports at 1080p.

Keep in mind: the 680M is RDNA 2, one generation older than the 780M. The same ACEMAGIC advice applies: reinstall Windows on arrival (why).

6. ACEMAGIC M1: the K1 recipe with a 1TB SSD

Why it’s good: The same Ryzen 7 7735HS / Radeon 680M and 24GB of LPDDR5, but with a 1TB SSD, for $499.00.

👤 Ideal for: the player who wants the K1’s performance and twice the storage.

Keep in mind: LPDDR5 is soldered, so 24GB is final. Reinstall Windows on arrival, as with any ACEMAGIC.

7. BOSGAME P6 Neo: 24GB of fast memory, $150 off

Why it’s good: A Ryzen 7 6800H with the Radeon 680M and 24GB of LPDDR5 for $446.48, down from $599.99 for Prime Big Deal Days. Fast LPDDR5 matters for integrated graphics, which share the system memory.

👤 Ideal for: someone who games and also keeps a lot of browser tabs, Discord and streaming software open.

Keep in mind: the 512GB SSD fills up quickly with modern games.

8. Glorlin Mini PC (6800H, 1TB): 1TB for under $400

Why it’s good: A Ryzen 7 6800H / Radeon 680M with 16GB of LPDDR5 and a 1TB SSD for $399.49, a Prime Big Deal Days price (list $469.99). Its 32 reviews average 4.9 stars.

👤 Ideal for: the student or casual gamer who wants the most storage under $400.

Keep in mind: Glorlin is a new brand with a short track record, and 16GB of soldered memory is the maximum.

9. Glorlin Mini PC (6800H, 512GB): the cheapest mini PC that still games

Why it’s good: The same Ryzen 7 6800H / Radeon 680M with a 512GB SSD for $331.49 (list $469.99). Nothing cheaper on Amazon today has a GPU that can play modern games.

👤 Ideal for: a first gaming PC for a kid or a living-room box for indie games, emulators and Steam Link.

Keep in mind: the same brand caveat as #8 applies. The price we saw was on a sponsored listing.

Why it’s good: Beelink is one of the most established mini PC makers, and this Ryzen 7 7735HS / Radeon 680M model has 24GB of LPDDR5 for $499.00.

👤 Ideal for: the buyer who prefers a brand with years of support history over the lowest price.

Keep in mind: this listing has only 30 reviews averaging 3.7 stars, and the SSD is 500GB. For the same money, #1 has a stronger GPU and OCuLink.

How we chose

We searched Amazon on October 7, 2026 for mini PCs under $500 and kept only those with a Radeon 780M, 760M or 680M. We then opened every product page to confirm price, stock and specs, and ranked them by graphics chip first, then expansion (OCuLink or USB4), then RAM and SSD per dollar. We excluded Minisforum products (why) and barebone kits, because a kit plus 2026 RAM and SSD prices ends up over $500.
