This is the privacy policy for MiniPC Blogs. We try to keep it short and to the point.
What we collect
Server logs. Like any website, our infrastructure (Cloudflare + a small VPS) records standard request logs — IP address, user agent, the page you requested, the time. Logs are retained for at most 30 days and used only for security, abuse mitigation, and aggregate analytics.
Contact form. When you submit our contact form (if/when active), we collect what you type into it: name, email, the reason you contacted us, and any files you upload. We use this only to respond to you and to evaluate the request you sent.
We do not run an account system. There is no user registration, login, or profile on this site.
What we do not collect
No tracking pixels. No third-party advertising network cookies. No analytics that profile individual users (we may use privacy-respecting aggregate metrics like Cloudflare Web Analytics — IP-anonymized, no cookies).
Third parties
- Cloudflare serves and protects this site. Cloudflare's privacy policy applies.
- Amazon is the destination of our affiliate "Buy on Amazon" links. If you click one, Amazon's tracking cookies and policies take over once you leave this site. Amazon Privacy Notice.
- YouTube embeds use the privacy-enhanced domain (
youtube-nocookie.com). Even so, YouTube may set cookies if you press play. Google/YouTube privacy policy. - Form host — if you submit a contact form, the form may be hosted by a third party (e.g., Typeform or Fersify Forms). That host's privacy policy applies to the data you enter.
Cookies
We do not set any first-party cookies. Cloudflare may set a security cookie (__cf_bm) for bot management. YouTube and Amazon set their own cookies as described above.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Your rights
If you are in the EU/UK (GDPR), California (CCPA/CPRA), or another jurisdiction with applicable privacy law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, write to us via the Contact page. We respond within 30 days.
Data retention
Server logs: 30 days max. Contact-form submissions: kept while we are responding, then archived for up to 12 months in case of follow-up correspondence. You can ask for earlier deletion.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be noted in a banner on the site for at least 30 days.
